Hirata Corporation (HIRATA) is pleased to announce that we received the Partnership Award from Dyson on June 16, 2016.
I. Background of receiving the award
Hirata manufactures and sells various kinds of production systems to the automobile, semiconductor, home appliances and other markets on a global basis. To support Dyson’s growing demands of its technology, Hirata has received a number of orders for production equipment to manufacture motors used in its vacuum cleaners, hand dryers, and hair dryers that Dyson sells around the globe.
II. Overview of the award
Hirata received the “Partnership Award” from Dyson at its annual Supplier Day held in Nusajaya, Malaysia on June 16, 2016. This time, we were honored by Dyson for our delivery management, technological capabilities, quality control based on Dyson’s strict requirements for motor manufacturing systems. During the presentation of the award, Dyson showed a video of the launch of its Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer in Tokyo in April. It featured Sir James Dyson, founder, and owner of Dyson telling the media how Hirata has partnered with Dyson throughout the years.
